I’m a facilitator type of teacher. I don’t want to coerce nor mandate to students what and how they should they learn. I want students to develop a sense of independence, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. I do fewer lecture-type classes and incorporate more thought-provoking and hands-on activities to lure students’ interest and motivation towards learning. |
