Teaching StyleI firmly believe that no one is exactly alike. Therefore, teachers should adopt different teaching styles to address the different learning needs of students. I’m a facilitator type of teacher. I don’t want to coerce nor mandate to students what and how they should they learn. I want students to develop a sense of independence, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. I do fewer lecture-type classes and incorporate more thought-provoking and hands-on activities to lure students’ interest and motivation towards learning.

Teaching StyleEach class and lesson is different, however, it is best to be well prepared and show an interest in the students, class and subject from the first to the last class. Each student and class is unique and adjusting and learning from each student and the class as a whole is a good way to keep the class in-tune with each lesson that you teach. Finally, being enthusiastic in whatever subject you teach motivates students, makes the course enjoyable and most likely will be something that all will remember.
